With the use of inhouse IT technology, many tedious and time consuming tasks such as calculating water usage have been simplified thereby giving our property owners and their tenants true value service at its best.


In addition to standard services, our clients receive:

  • Three inspections annually for each property.
  • Photo documentation of your property’s condition during each inspection.
  • A copy of the Inspection Report after each inspection.
  • An invitation to attend at least one routine inspection with your property Manager.
  • With your permission, seek trades quotation for large repairs of any major defects noticed or reported.
